How to get there
By private car:
The most convenient way is to drive along the Zhytomyr highway (M06) towards Motyzhyn village, Makariv district. There is a large free parking area for cars and buses on the territory of Dobropark.
By public transport:
Route No. 771 or No. 373 – from Sviatoshyn metro station (Peremohy Ave., stop near the BVS gas station).
You need to get off at the Motyzhyn stop, then walk about 15 minutes to the entrance of Dobropark.
Travel time: approximately 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.

We are pet-friendly, and there is no additional charge for bringing pets.
Are additional sleeping places available?
It is not physically possible to accommodate an additional person in the house. All houses are designed for a specific number of guests.
Is there a barbecue area?
Yes, the barbecue area is included in the price of the houses. We also provide one complimentary bundle of firewood. The fire pit grill is equipped with a cast-iron BBQ grate.
Do you provide dishes?
Yes, kitchen utensils and tableware are available in the houses.
Can guests who are not staying overnight visit us?
Guests may visit you at the house, but they need to purchase an entrance ticket to Dobropark. We recommend keeping track of the time to ensure you can exit the park on schedule.
Do I need to purchase a separate ticket to Dobropark?
No, the ticket to Dobropark is already included in the price of the house.
Is fishing allowed?
No, fishing is prohibited in the park. We kindly ask you not to do this on the territory of Dobropark.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can. The upgraded double house and the house for up to 4 guests have their own kitchen, where you can prepare your own delicious meals.
Is there a private kitchen in the standard option?
Unfortunately, no. However, there is a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. All necessary tableware is available in the house.
Is it possible to stay in a double house with a child (three people)?
What is the bed size in the double house?
The bed is King Size — 180 × 220 cm.
Is late check-out possible?
