Corporate tree planting at Dobropark

A corporate tree-planting event took place at Dobropark as part of the park’s annual environmental initiative.This time, the team from “Supermarket Furnishings” joined in to help create a new green space. A total of 27 participants planted 20 lilac bushes of two varieties—‘Krasunya’ and “Ludwig Spet.” For many, this was their first experience with a team tree-planting event, which combined outdoor recreation, teamwork, and an introduction to Dobropark’s landscape culture.

The event began with a lecture by Dobropark founder Igor Dobrutsky, who spoke to attendees about the park’s development, its botanical collections, and the importance of creating new green spaces. This was followed by a workshop on proper lilac planting, led by the park’s landscape designer and Igor Dobrutsky.

Participants not only planted the plants but also learned more about caring for them, the specifics of creating ornamental plantings, and the role of such initiatives in the development of the park’s ecosystem.

 

After finishing the planting, the team enjoyed a corporate outing at Dobropark. According to the participants, what they remembered most was the atmosphere of working together in nature and the feeling that every tree they planted would remain there for many years to come.

Dobropark continues to build on its tradition of corporate tree-planting events and to involve new teams and companies in these environmental initiatives.
