Dobropark announces the main floral event of spring

The spring season in Dobropark traditionally begins with the blooming of tulips. This year, the team presents the largest tulip field in Ukraine and invites you to welcome spring together with us. Millions of tulips, updated modern landscape solutions, new locations, themed photo zones, hundreds of varieties, a tulip exhibition, and much more await you – details in the article.

This year, the central tulip field has received a new layout – wide strips planted according to color schemes, which has allowed for more open space and enhanced the visual effect. In addition, the flowers are distributed by blooming periods – early, mid, and late – allowing visitors to enjoy their beauty for as long as possible. The main pride of the season is 355 tulip varieties that form a unique collection at the largest tulip location in Ukraine.

The spring atmosphere in the pine area of the park will be complemented by hyacinths, daffodils, and muscari planted in the shade of the trees. Cozy relaxation areas with benches, swings, and hammocks are arranged nearby — here you can take a break and leisurely enjoy the tranquility among the flowers.

Photo zones have become an organic part of the park’s landscape design. As the tulip bloom coincides with the Easter holidays, the decor style reflects the festive atmosphere — a soft color palette, decorative mills, bunny figures, and Easter eggs. All decorative elements are designed in pastel shades, and the photo zones themselves are placed directly among the flowers, making them an integral part of the overall composition.

Guests will be welcomed by the central entrance area from the Zhytomyr Highway side, which provides parking for 1,000 cars. The opening of the Tulip Season is tentatively scheduled for April 22. The park will be open from 09:00 to 21:00, with ticket offices operating from 09:00 to 19:00. For visitors’ convenience, we recommend purchasing tickets online to avoid queues at the entrance.

Additionally, the number of restrooms in the park has been increased for visitors’ comfort. You can ознакомиться with their locations on the large map near the entrance, by using the printed layout provided in the brochure together with your tickets at the ticket office, or on the park’s website.

A special highlight of the season will be the tulip exhibition, prepared in collaboration with our Dutch partners Jan de Wit en Zonen B.V. In the pergolas near the carousel, a collection of varieties will be presented, allowing visitors to view them up close and choose their favorites. Each guest will be able to vote for the varieties they like most — based on the voting results, we will determine the favorites among Ukrainians. The exhibition operates according to the park’s schedule.

Another guest-favorite service is also returning — the sale of tulips directly from the field. This is a unique opportunity to plant the variety you liked the most in your own garden or to give a meaningful gift to your loved ones.
